My Story

I feel very blessed to be able to have followed my soul's purpose from an early age. I grew up understanding the benefit of eating high quality food, valuing the importance of preventative medicine, and exploring my passion for healing. This all led me to stumble upon an acupuncture school near my hometown, where I immediately felt a strong connection to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I have had my own experiences of personal healing by way of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and have integrated the foundational theories of this powerful model of medicine into my daily life. I don't just preach these principles, I live them. I have found such joy, empowerment, and gratitude for life through this path, and spend my days sharing those gifts with my clients.

Why Pediatrics?

My interest in Pediatric Chinese Medicine began with the birth of my own daughter. I knew that the best way I could support and guide her through childhood was via Traditional Chinese Medicine. After connecting with other parents, I quickly became aware of the immense need for a medical model for children that is natural, non-invasive, and considers the whole child-mind, body, and spirit. This realization led to my decision to build my practice with a strong focus on pediatric care.

As a Pediatric Chinese Medicine Specialist, I work with children from birth to young adulthood. My first priority in the treatment room is meeting a child where they are, establishing trust and connection. Treatments are completely built around the comfort level and preferences of each individual child. I provide comprehensive education for parents/guardians so there can be a full integration of treatment protocols at home. I treat the full spectrum of childhood illness including; asthma, allergies, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, headaches, sleep issues, fever, cough, respiratory illness, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, autism, ADHD, speech delay, sensory processing issues, eczema, colic, cold & flu, and ear infection.

Through consistent commitment to Chinese medicine treatment and home care, it is possible to shift the energetic imbalances that cause symptoms in children, setting a balanced foundation for growth and development. A balanced child will become a balanced adult, which is why I feel the benefits of Pediatric Chinese Medicine can be truly life-altering in the best way.
