Meet Anabelle

Anabelle Clebaner, MS, RDN

Anabelle is a Master's level Registered Dietitian and functional nutrition practitioner. Anabelle specializes in helping women struggling to conceive get to the root of their fertility challenges, especially PCOS, Unexplained or Secondary infertility, Hypothyroid, and Endometriosis.

Drawing on functional lab testing and evidence-based nutrition, she helps her clients uncover hidden imbalances that are often overlooked in conventional fertility care.

With a warm, holistic, and balanced approach, Anabelle guides women to build a strong foundation for conception and a healthy pregnancy. She believes that every woman deserves to feel empowered and supported on her fertility journey—and that real healing begins when we look beyond hormones to the root causes.

Anabelle lives outside Philadelphia with her husband (and high school sweetheart), her two energetic toddlers (#boymom), and many many plants. She is excited and honored to join the Connected Healing team!
