All new patients start by filling out the consultation request form below. A member of the Connected Healing team will follow up with you within 1 business day to get you scheduled for your consultation with one of our expert practitioners.

Consultations for in person services are done at the clinic in Franklin. Consultations for virtual services are done in a virtual meeting room. Your consultation will take approximately 15-30 minutes.

During your consultation, your practitioner will ask questions about your health history & goals to determine whether they can help you, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have as well.

Once your practitioner determines how they can help you, they will provide their best recommendations for treatment that is personalized, wholistic, and specific to your individual needs.
